Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is about 7 km south-west of Anchorage city, in the south of Alaska.
The airport was built in the early 1950s and its IATA code is ANC. It has two terminals for the passenger traffic and both of them are dedicated to arrivals and departures, but the terminal north is reserved to the international flights, whereas the terminal south is dedicated to the local flights.
