    Larnaca Airport Car Rental

Larnaca Glafcos Clerides International Airport is the main airport in Cyprus and is in the homonym area, after the famous Mackenzie Beach.

The airport, whose IATA code is LCA, was built in 1974, immediately after the Turkish invasion of the island, but it has operated regular connection services only since 1976; it has only one terminal, used both for arrivals and departures, and that was completely renovated in 2009.

The main airlines operating in this airport are Aeroflot, Swiss Air, Aegean Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, Blue Air and Wizz Air UK.

You can book a rental car onRentalUp website and pick it up directly at Larnaca Airport on arrival.

Then, you can take one of the highways which connect the whole island to reach the city centre; the A3, intersecting highway A5, will allow you to get to the south of the island from the airport, while highway A2 serves the north east; if you would like to directly reach Larnaca, besides the highway A3, you will have to take the road B4, which flanks all the runways and leads to the city centre.
